Heritage Winnipeg is a non-profit charitable organization with a mission to promote and encourage the conservation of historic/heritage structures and sites. Our work includes advocating for the preservation of historic buildings, publishing works that demonstrate the significance of our built heritage, and educating the public on these matters. Our main event, Doors Open Winnipeg, is an annual event in which visitors are welcomed into interesting buildings across the city free of charge.

Prairie Comics Festival is an artist run non profit organization dedicated to the celebration of independent cartoonists, comic creators, graphic novelists, zine producers and printmakers across the Prairies and beyond.
Year round artist-facilitated workshops and seminars for kids and adults culminate in the annual weekend-long Festival, featuring
95+ exhibitors, headliner guests, publishers and panelists all promoting independently created works of sequential art.
